Do you like fitness? If yes, there is a blog that you must follow: Fit Fuel, the fitness blog! The site, based on wordpress, is the "son" of the famous healthy lifestyle store named Fit Fuel (a store specialized in products related to health like athletic apparel, Diet and fat Loss, performance integrators, personal care, train equipments and so on).The Fit Fuel Blog tries to help people in maintain their health with practical and simple suggestions like the Go for a Swim! post where the author simply want to share with all its readers the "new" experience of a daily 45 minutes swim: nothing too heavy (swim is one of the simplest activity) but fundamental to maintain our body active. Another very interesting article I've found on the Fit Fuel Blog is the one related to running, precisely "Running as meditation": in the post the author relates about an article he has found where is described how to combine the running activity with the meditation practice. I've always found running a very relaxing sport because, while running, you are totally alone with yourself...and if you are able to focus your mind on the mechanics of what you are doing, you can be able to empty your mind from thoughts and enter the realm of contemplation. Ok...isn't so simple as it appears...but with a little practice you can really gain a lot from a meditation running. Obviously there are other interesting posts (included some posts related to the shop like the top 10 reasons to Shop at fit fuel)...if you want to know more just follow the link provided above and don't forget to subscribe to its rss feed.

PTC Dollars
(Posted in: personal blog)|
There are lot of different ways you can follow to make money online: you can for example selling items trough your website, you can sell links, place ads and so on. There are also other methods useful for who doesn't have a personal site: do you know that you can make money simply clicking on ads (PTC) or receiving email? If you want to deepen this argument, I want to suggest a nice blog that I've found online: PTC Dollars. This site offers a good overview of the different services you can find online and that can help you in raising some money. The blog is still young (it was created in January 2008) but offers a good number of website reviews: Paid to click, Paid to complete offers, paid to share, paid to post and so on....you just need to choose the service you like! The site hosts also a forum where people can share personal experience, suggest new services, create link building, payment proofs and so on. A very nice work!

Internet is for fun
(Posted in: personal blog)|
do you have seen the Internet is for fun blog, by Sergio Alex? It's a nice personal blog where you can find articles about everything, from movies reviews to travel tips, from nice pictures to games and so on. A very eclectic works! The site is still quite young (9 months of life) but can counts on a good quantity of interesting articles, like the one related to Iron Man: the news is a little old now (especially because the movie is available practically everywhere), but Alex was one of the first bloggers able to publish pictures of the splendid Iron Man's Armor (I adore this super hero and the designers have made a great work in creating that armor). Another section that I like the is humor's one...a smile sometimes is always a great thing! Nice work...and just a final note: because you are on your own domain, you should consider the transition to Wordpress...

Best of the Best Website
(Posted in: personal blog)|
Another day, another personal blog that I've noticed online. Today I want to wrote some words about the Best of the Best Website, a blog focused on Opinion: opinion about money, marketing, investments, financial, gaming, tips and tricks and so on. Each post is a different review of a particular service that the author has find online and each post is written in a professional but easy to understand way. Most of the articles are related to money but the blog is quite heterogeneous. The blog is hosted on the Blogger Platform (like mine) and it's quite young: first post was written just 7 months ago (November 2007) but the site grows constantly (with an average of 30 posts/month). No invasive ads are visible on the template (and this is good!) Overall, i can write that the author has made a good job, and I suggest you to add it to your bookmark or to your rss reader.

write everyday at blogger
(Posted in: personal blog)|
Another day, another personal blog found over the net. This time I've visited the write everyday at blogger. Based on the Blogger platform, it has a default skin, so it isn't so heavy to navigate (also ads are very limited, you will not find enormous banners that hide text and posts). The site contains a good quantity of articles about everything...from websites to services description (there is a good quantity of these reviews over the blog), from personal experience to other blog's reviews (it's a real personal blog!). The blog is still young, but the author seems to write constantly.
I just want to give the author a little tip: you should check the main blog page because the category and the archive menu are not visibile....and it's a little hard for people to finding what they are searching. These menues are instead visibile when you access a category. Nice work. |

the hearts desire
(Posted in: personal blog)|
Another weekend at home...and another nice list of interesting and amusing personal blogs that I've found online and that I want to suggest you. The First one is the the hearts desire: a 6 months old blog from a mother where the authors simply post everything happen during the day...a sort of digital diary. As usual, you can find every kind of arguments, from personal thought to life's experience and so on. If you like to read about other people...beh...you should visit this blog! The blog is created on the Wordpress platform and has a very simply graphic (a traditional three column template), without javascript or widgets that normally weight down the site. Also ads are very limited, so the browsing experience is good. Just one note: I've not found a category list...maybe should a nice idea to add it to the right bar. A good job overall!

(Posted in: personal blog)|
Do you like online games? beatkarma.com is then a blog that you should visit: this game site in fact offers to its audience lot of nice and interesting reviews of different kind of games, from arcade to kids games, from standalone (like Call of Duty 4 for example...) to online casino games. You just need to browse the archive using the category menu (you can find it on the left bar) or, if you are searching for a game in particular, you can use the traditional search field. The site is still young (was published just in the last December) but the archive seems not so little. Last but not least, the site is created on the Wordpress platform and has a pretty nice design without invasive ads. Just a note for the owner: the post title is not so simple to read if it occupies more than one row...

Free web 2.0 Blogger template
(Posted in: personal blog)|
Do you use like me the Blogger platform? If yes, surely you have spent lot of hours on Google or other search engines searching for some useful online resources that can teach you how to modify the blogger's templates or how to enrich them. Same for me: the actual design for example is born after about 6 months of different tries...and I'm still working on it. One of the site where I've found some inspiration in Free web 2.0 Blogger template: a great place where to choose between hundreds of different "skin" for your personal blog. You just need to have the patience to browse all the archive...and then download your preferred template. The site offers also a good set of tips and tutorial articles, a precious resource for who is at the first contact with the design code. Just a note for the admin: maybe a larger design should be better for blog's readability (but I have a 1400x1050 resolution).

And I must admit that he has done a great work...a work that I have failed to do with my blog when I've started it. The blog is hosted on the Blogspot platform and has a very simple design, but most part of the space reserved for posts. It is still young (just 4 months of life) but Dru likes to write...so you will find a good quantity of stuff. Take a look at it and tell me what you think! |

newbie programmer
(Posted in: personal blog)|
Entering the programming sphere isn't too simple. Today there are lots of tools that simplify the everyday life and programming languages extremely powerful and easy to use (i remember that at University I've programmed in assembler!) , but finding THAT thing (the one you need it that occasion) is always a nightmare...also if you are an expert programmer. Online, thanks to Internet, there are lots of useful resources you can use, like the newbie programmer blog: this blog contains lot of tips and easy articles related to programming languages like visual Basic, .Net, Crystal Report and also SQL. Do you know for example how to check free space on your hard drive with Visual Basic? Or how to beep the PC? Are you searching for a simple calendar application that can interface with your SQL db? On newbie programmer you will find answer to all these questions...and more. Just take a look at it. The blog is hosted on the BlogSpot platform (like mine).

Techno Freak
(Posted in: personal blog)|
Once of the best method to understand if a service is a valid one or not is surely searching reviews about it into the blogosphere. Many customers or users are in fact also bloggers and their evaluation is very important. Over the net there are thousands of specialized (or not) blogs where you can find these kind of information...and one of the nicest that i regularly follow is the Techno Freak: a blog mainly focused on technology. Between the Techno Freak's posts you will find articles and reviews of different gadgets, electronics, sites, software but also a nice quantity of technical news just released over the net. The site is realized on the wordpress platform and with a very clean interface, so it is very simple to navigate (just a little note for the author: the category menu isn't too simple to find) and news and articles are easy to find. My suggestion? add the Techno Freak's feed to your preferred reader.
