Today I want to spend some words about a new and great book I'm reading from Eckhart Tolle, a book that I definitively want to suggest you: A New Earth, Awakening to Your Life's Purpose. In this new Tolle's book, the author expands the ideas that are at the basis of his previous book, the bestseller (with more of 2,000,000 copy sold) The Power of Now. He tries to show his readers how transcending our ego-based state of consciousness is not only essential to personal happiness, but also the key to ending conflict and suffering throughout the world. Tolle tries to explain is a very simple way how our attachment to ego creates the dysfunction that leads to anger, jealousy, and unhappiness, and shows readers how to awaken to a new state of consciousness and follow the path to a truly fulfilling existence. |

(Posted in: Books)

But, after a while, the firm realizes that the check hasn't been cut and that Krane's attorneys has appealed the verdict to the state supreme court. And if you are searching for a good site where to find nice romance novels, I want to suggest you to visit the Mills & Boon website, an interesting shop from UK specialized in books about romance: between its pages you can find any kind of novels like historical one (the genre that most i like) , romance, superromance, intrigue, blaze, desire novels and so on. In the mira section, you will also find great books (like A Grave Mistake by Stella Cameron) heavy discounted respect normal retail price (25% off cover price). Don't forget also to take a look at the free online reads section: every two-four days Mills & Boon adds a new chapter of a bestseller...a nice gift to all its users. |

Mills & Boon
(Posted in: Books)
What was the most romantic experience that you have ever had? thinking at my past, probably the most beautiful moment was about ten years ago, during a little period spent in Los Angeles. I still remember how was magic the night and during a splendid dinner on the terrace. Candle lights, a great starred sky, the smell of the ocean and her...one of the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. And then a never ending walk on the ocean's narrow, no one with us except the the ocean waves and their relaxing sound. I adore the sea when it's not perfectly quite, l love to hear the waves crushing on the shore...and I adore do this with my love!Do you think that I'm too romantic? I think no...I ever thought that romance is extremely important in a relation and I think that it is the Love's salt. Everyone, maybe deep in the hearth, is romantic: don't cover your emotions...simply be yourself, you will live better.OK, stop now, this preface was really long! I've written of this experience thanks to Mills&Boon, an interesting shop from GB specialized in Romance Novels, romantic stories, romance books and everything that was (and is) written about romance. A great online bookstore with hundreds of different books , all grouped in categories that you can browse using the left menu. And all at a very interesting price. Don't forget to visit also the "mira" section: all books listed here are discounted by 25% respect cover price. A great feature of the website is the Free Online reads section: Mills&Boon in fact offers to its users a free book to read directly online (actually The Last Chance Lord by Miranda Jarrett) and the possibility to receive, directly at your house and without obligation to buy, two free books selected in four categories: romance, superromance, historical and modern. How to catch this opportunity? Just click on the banner on the homepage, read the rules (extremely simple) and wait for your shipment! |

Google Books
(Posted in: Books)|
Google Book Search is a tool from Google that searches the full text of books that Google scans and stores in its digital database. The service was formerly known as Google Print when it was introduced at the Frankfurt Book Fair in October 2004. When relevant to a user's keyword search, up to three results from the Google Book Search index are displayed above search results in the Google Web Search service (google.com). A user may also search just for books at the dedicated Google Book Search service. Clicking a result from Google Book Search opens an interface in which the user may view pages from the book as well as content-related advertisements and links to the publisher's website and booksellers. Through a variety of access limitations and security measures, some based on user-tracking, Google limits the number of viewable pages and attempts to prevent page printing and text copying of material under copyright protection. Shelfari
(Posted in: Books)|
Shelfari is a Seattle-based social network for book lovers that launches today. And while the email I received managed to cram in comparisons to Digg, Flickr and YouTube, plus the dubious decision to call users “shelfarians”, the service itself is very good.
Users create personal bookshelves of books they’ve read, plan to read and currently own. You can search for books by title, author, ISBN and subject, or import a text file from services like Delicious Library or LibraryThing (a Shelfari competitor). Your bookshelf is literally a shelf, allowing visitors to browse through your book collection using a real-life analogy. It goes without saying that you can also tag the books in your collection. |
