Denis Kvasov, owner of the AllofMp3 portal, has won his battle on the copyright laws against EMI, NBC Universal and Time Warner: the portal in fact, is paying royalities trough the ROMS association. Kvasov, on the AllofMP3 blog, has announced the return of the famous portal in a nearby feature (Owever, AllofMP3 wasn't really closed....in fact Kvasov had immediately founded a clone of the famous portal: Mp3Sparks.com). But there is more: the court has obligated Visa to restore the online payment service. Now, we just need to wait that the site will be restored online.
